Continuing below is a chronological listing of every Japanese Patlabor artbook, reference book and film comic release. Note: Please do not ask me to scan images from artbooks for you. I unfortunately do not have the time and do not own all of the books listed.
Labor in Action: Takuji Yamada Diorama World
Notes: A book full of model Patlabor diorama photographs.
Patlabor 3D Show (Hobby Japan Special)
Notes: A third special mook (magazine-book) filled with photos of Patlabor models in realistic settings and Patlabor dioramas.
Mobile Police Patlabor Illustration Book 3 (Entertainment Bible 30)
Notes: Contains information on Labors which appeared in TV episodes 25 to 47, a history of Labor development of non-Japanese companies and written instructions on how to obtain a Labor licence.
Labor Graphix (B-Club Special)
Notes: An amazing artbook and reference guide for Labors. It contains colour Bandai model kit box artwork as well as Labor animation model sheets and specifications for every Labor seen in the anime up to the New OVA Series. Also included is a history of the development of the Labor as well as extensive Labor databases and tables.
Final Mobilisation: Patlabor After TV (AM JuJu)
Notes: A pocket sized book which features images from the New OVA Series as well as a few new colour images mostly culled from Animage magazine.
Patlabor Special Collection "Play On The Piano"
Notes: A book of sheet music intended for keyboards and pianos.
Patlabor Phase III
Notes: A second book of sheet music intended for keyboards and pianos.
The Mobile Police Patlabor: Air (Dragon Magazine Special)
Notes: A second artbook featuring artwork from Akemi Takada. Included are full colour images from CD covers, video and Laserdisc covers, promotional images for the all from the TV series, New OVA Series and second movie, and some exclusive artwork for the book including a double sided poster. Also included is some black and white artwork mostly for the Patlabor Light Novels and a sketch history of how Noa has evolved over the years.

Notes: Contains character and mecha format design sheets as well as location settings and some animation layouts.
Live - Noa Izumi Photographs (Newtype Illustrated Collection)
Notes: Contains full colour images of Noa going through her normal day at work, shopping, walking around the streets of Tokyo, in a photographer's studio and at home, all rendered in a photorealistic manner. Some of the images have a candid look, while others look as if she is posing for a photographer. Artists who contributed include Nobuteru Yuki, Yutaka Izubuchi, Mahiro Maeda and Masami Yuuki.
Secrets of Mobile Police Patlabor
Notes: A small data book which contains information on just about every aspect of the Patlabor universe, mostly written as if it was a Police dossier.

Notes: Contains the film story for the second movie, character and mecha format design sheets as well as location settings, interviews with the staff, a Masami Yuuki art gallery with pictures for manga covers and some video covers, and a pull-out double sided poster (Shinobu Nagumo on one side, AV-02 Labor on the other).
Patlabor 2 the movie Film Comic
Notes: A manga version of the second movie, done using colour images from the movie itself.
